- How is the quality?
We make daily checks of all merchandise we purchase. EVERY product placed on our website is quality over it's value. This is to ensure our customers always get a value on every product they purchase from blueoceanstore.com.
- What should I do if I have trouble logging in?
Please follow these instructions:

If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgot your password?" option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the "Reset your password" option.

If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact our Customer Service Department at support. blueoceanstore.com and indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you and you can change it once you log in.
- Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?
Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please contact our Sales Department on firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
- The product(s) that you are interested in
- The exact order quantity for each product
- Your desired timeframe
- Any special packing instructions.
Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save.
- Where is the store based?
We are based in the USA. and we do have few partnered warehouses in China.
- Are the "FREE" items really free?
- YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
- What is this store's return and exchange policy ?

- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.
- I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from multiple warehouses in multiple locations so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your name and order number or chat us via Facebook.
- What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
- When will you be restocking _________ ?
We announce it on our social media, especially our facebook and Instagram (@bubsfactory), whenever we restock items!
- What are the shipping fees?
BubsFactory store customers always get FAST, FREE Shipping on all orders over US$100.00.
- Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
- Can I cancel/change my address/order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations your order.
